"Everything was nice"

"Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc."

"We were VERY disappointed with this hotel. To start, there was construction at the hotel that we were not made aware of in advance - one half of the floor we were on was closed and undergoing renovation. The rooms we had were also in poor condition - the tub in one room was stained and the coffee maker in the other room was broken. The sheets on the beds in both rooms were stained and in the room where the coffee maker worked, the lid was growing mold. In short, the rooms were quite gross but as...

"Breakfast was good. Staff kept the area clean and well stocked during breakfast times. Staff was friendly. Facility has a pool but we did not use it. Location of facility was off the main road which was a concern when taking our pet out to potty."
