「We only stayed one night, but the hotel was good.」

「部屋の中がペットのような臭いがした。」

「Beautiful courtyard」

「Clean and good service.」

「My very first impression was a phone call I made at 2pm on check-in day. We had arrived early, and was walking around the Paddock Mall. I knew that there was a 3pm check-in time, but I had hoped that if the room was ready, that we could go ahead and check-in early. By the time we would have arrived, it would have been between 2:15 - 2:30pm. I didn't feel that this was an unreasonable request, for less than an hour early. To my surprise, I was told that there would be a $35 fee for checking in...

「Do not stay at this property unless you don’t care if your room is not cleaned daily! Also, I didn’t like the staff at the front desk. How can you tell customers to put chairs back in their right place in the lobby area. That’s not being hospitable! That’s the reason why you have housekeepers! I guess they don’t have enough of them!!!!」

「Staff were very helpful. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. The accommodations were older and the entrance was very confusing. It was fine for the night I was there. They gave out earplugs for noise from the city but because of weather not too many people were out. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.」
