Welcome to our dog friendly lakeside lodge in the Cotswold Water Park. Enjoy private lake views from the large sun deck, with a paddleboard provided at the property. Fishing available on site, plus tennis courts and children’s indoor and outdoor play areas. Surrounded by stunning scenery and wildlife, our modern, fully equipped holiday home is perfect for family breaks, activity holidays or relaxing Cotswolds getaways.

We are a small, independent business and are always happy to help, while fully respecting your privacy. You can enjoy a completely self-check-in, relaxed stay, but we’re available if needed.

A comprehensive in-property guest folder provides helpful information about the lodge, the Cotswold Lakes / Cotswold Water Park, local recommendations and on-site facilities.

Should you require assistance during your stay, our local house managers are on hand to attend the property if necessary.

Our aim is simply to ensure your stay is smooth, comfortable and completely hassle-free.

Located in the heart of the Cotswold Lakes / Cotswold Water Park, the lodge sits within beautifully maintained communal gardens on a secure, private estate with barrier-controlled access and security patrols — offering a peaceful and family-friendly environment.

Surrounded by scenic lakes, wildlife and waterside walking routes, this is the perfect base for relaxing breaks, active family holidays and dog friendly Cotswold Water Park getaways.

Out and about you will discover the Cotswold Water Parks is an amazing place, more than 150 lakes over an area of more than 40 miles, with a huge diversity of leisure activities available for all ages to enjoy. On the water you can hire boats, canoeing/kayaking, inflatable rides, sailing, swimming, wake-boarding, windsurfing and water-skiing. On land there is angling, archery, fabulous bird-watching opportunities, cycling routes, walking routes, horse riding, paint-balling, rally driving, golf, picnic sites and nature reserves.

The Waterparks have a great choice for transport, you have plenty of leisure options within walking distance, you can walk, bring your own or hire cycles locally to explore other lakes, by car, local taxi or take bus from directly outside the site, visit Cirencester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Swindon or other surrounding towns..... or the huge list of renowned attractions, Westonbirt Arboretum, Stow-on-the-Wold, The Model Village at Bourton-on-the-Water, Arlington Row at Bibury, suggested to be the prettiest village in the whole of the England, Highgrove Gardens, Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens..... there isn't enough room to continue this list !!

Amazing

Beautiful,, clean property with everything you needed, lovely uninterrupted views,. great hosts, perfect peace and tranquility. Great location, some lovely, pretty local pubs with great food. Booking again for next year.
