The Space:
Fireplace: We have two! The upstairs fireplace is fed by wood pellets which are provided. The gas fireplace is downstairs to add extra heat to foosball games

Games: Foosball, Cornhole, Pool, Airhockey, Skiball, Ping pong, Karaoke, Football, Soccer; we supply it all. Looking for a specific game? Let us know and we may deliver it on-site to you for free.

Hot Tub: Sit back and relax in our oversized, 8 person, 500 gallon pool of peace. Be sure to bring a speaker to jam out to your favorite music.

Firepit: Kumbaya! S'mores with family and friends is always a good ending to a day. Our firepit is in the backyard on the edge of the woods and rolling hills

Washer and dryer onsite. Gain detergent provided

Internet: High-speed Spectrum Internet

TV: 2 - 55 inch Smart TV's in each living room

Cooking: You'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! Duel Keurig for K-cups and ground coffee

Towels: 15 luxury white towels and washcloths provided

Firewood: Please bring your own or purchase at any nearby store or gas station

Grill: Traeger Pellet grill with space for all the meats and veggies. We provide the fuel as well

Oven: We do not provide an oven, but we do provide a countertop oven that gives a big performance for a small appliance. It is large enough to fit a 14" pizza and can even airfry!

Game barn: We have all the games. Billiards, Ping Pong, Ski Ball, Air Hockey, PacMan, and Karaoke! The barn is lightly heated throughout the winter meaning it will be usable, but you may need a light jacket. Kind of like year-around fall temperatures :)

Because sound travels far, we have want to respect neighboring properties. We request reduced noise and lower music levels when outdoors after 9pm

Emerald Forest Lodge is so perfect, you'll want to stay forever. We've had guests ask. Just kidding. (But seriously.)

Guest Access:
You'll have access to 5 private acres mixed with grass and woods. Have fun and explore!

Your unique access code will be sent to you in the messages after booking. We use keypad entry and change the code between every guest for added security.

Other Things to Note:
We love a good time, but do not allow large parties. For this reason, we charge $100/guest that is not listed in the booking.

No smoking inside....please. Outside is allowed, but please help us out and pick-up any cigarette butts. A $500 indoor smoking fee for indoor smoking (yikes!)

Interaction with Guests:
We want this to be the best stay, but occasionally things happen. Please feel free to message me through the Airbnb app or give me a call. I'm local and happy to help with anything.

We loved our stay! Everything was nice and had a great time in the “fun barn.” Only bummer was the karaoke microphones not working but still enjoyed music and all the games. All the rooms were enough for what we needed and loved being out by the fire each night with the hot tub close by as well! Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful, serene property. Had everything our family of 10 needed. We really enjoyed the Fun Barn, the spacious facilities, the pellet grill & just sitting on the balcony overlooking the woods. Everything we needed was provided in excess. Just wish we lived closer so we could visit again real soon. Ryan has been an excellent host to deal with. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed after staying in this beautiful lodge.

Great getaway for families and friends

Cabin was great to hang out in over the holidays. Sample space and within 15-20 minutes of great diners and hiking locations. Host Ryan was awesome, responsive and helpful.

Short Hiking Trip

The host of this property was very helpful and offered suggestions for sites and trails to visit. The photos in the listing are very accurate and the property was nice and clean upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this house, with hocking hills close by and tons to do with indoor games and a hot tub, it makes for a great trip!

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday with Hocking Hills hikes and a lovely evening at this luxury lodge. We took the master suite upstairs, while my daughter and her friends stayed in the remainder of the bedroooms downstairs— perfect. Outdoor fire and hot tub were amazing. Great stay!

Wedding Weekend

Cabin served as accommodations for Bride, Mother of the Bride and Bridesmaids for wedding at nearby Riser Barn. It was also the perfect location for the rehearsal dinner at Hocking Hills State Park Lodge. Everyone agreed the cabin was exceptionally well appointed and comfortable. Everything we needed, except food drinks and toiletries was provided. The host went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. I would certainly stay at this property again and recommend it others as well.

Great Experience and communication

The last review scared us a little bit since we were bringing kids to the property. Owner informed us they switched cleaning companies. He wasn’t lying, the property was very clean and tidy. The cabin is nicely located near hocking hills trails. The place worked out perfect. Owner communication was fantastic. Any questions we had he answered within minutes. Very helpful. The Traeger smoker is a very nice addition. A+++

We had a wonderful vacation. Excellent communication with owner. Very quick and positive responses.Google maps correct. We had 4 vehicles with plenty of room to park. Property sits back off the road. Nice if you have a dog. The game garage had plenty of room. Karaoke stage, lights, microphones. Pool table, Skee-ball, pingpong. The arcade Video game with PacMan, DigDug, Mappy and more brought back good memories and made new ones. Life size connect 4. Cornhole. Kitchen had everything we needed. Dishwasher, Keurig, microwave, blender. I have never seen one before, but there was a stove top with burners and I think a grill. There is no big oven. There is an all in one oven, airfryer, toaster that bakes, broils and Im sure other stuff that sits on the counter. I am not big on cooking. Outdoor grill that is on deck outside kitchen. Made smores in the fire pit that is outside the bottom level where the jacuzzi is. There is so much fun stuff to do. Inside cabin- top floor has 1 master bedroom with a bathroom and sliding glass door to a private balcony. Large livingroom with huge tv, kitchen, dining area and a full size bathroom. Downstairs has a small bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry area. Living room with huge tv, 4 bedrooms sliding glass door to access the outside area. I will warn you that the master bedroom has an open ceiling so people do hear everything. Beds were comfortable. We made so many wonderful memories. This family loved our time at the cabin.

Great place to stay! They have everything! One hiccup was the pots and pans had rust but the electric smoker/grill more than made up for it. Other than kitchenware it’s the best getaway for a great price! Would recommend to anyone and owner was very easy to talk to.
