"This property was absolutely incredible! The staff was super welcoming and accommodating. The room was newly renovated, airy, clean, outfitted with modern appointments. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was truly amazing, service and meal quality were unequalled! Breakfast was an elegant buffet with a variety of fresh juices and pastries. Cooked to order eggs were served along with the variety of other delights. If I could rate this property a 15+, I surely would do so!"

The Christmas decorations in the lobby and garden were a real plus for the kids. Our waiter was especially wonderful at dinner and breakfast I wish i remembered his name. Great value for the price. "The stay here far exceeded my expectations as a traveler from the US. With Fiuggi being a smaller town I didn’t expect the staff to know English that well but the in fact did!! They were more than happy to help me out, answer any questions I had, and meet all my accommodations. The hotel is easily the best 4 star hotel in the region, and the spa was the perfect cherry on top. I’ve never been to a spa before but this was easily one of the best and most fun experiences I’ve had as a solo traveler. The indoor pools had messaging water jets and the saunas were so spacious and clean. Additionally, the free hotel activities like riding through town on E-bikes were an absolute blast! I was fortunate to have Davide from the hotel show me around town and he was incredibly friendly and even showed me great spots to eat in town that only locals know about. I was here for 3 days and I can surely say I cannot wait to come back and bring my girlfriend with me. This hotel was an incredibly mature spot, with a gourmet restaurant and minimal kids, so there was never a time I was annoyed by another guest."
