"This hotel is very convenient for Aberdeen railway station. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, although the temperature controls didn't seem to work in my room. A very good selection of items were available for the breakfast buffet. All the members of staff I met were very friendly. I will certainly stay here again."

"Beautiful building in a fantastic location. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are large and comfortable. However, the overall cleanliness could be improved — the carpets and some furniture surfaces did not seem thoroughly cleaned, which was a bit disappointing. There is a good independent restaurant in the building, although the service was quite slow. The fitness room is rather limited and could also use some improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but with better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, the experience could be much better."

The common areas (reception and restaurant) were updated at some point. They do provide a nice breakfast and food was fresh and hot. Staff were very pleasant and helpful "

"The single room was small, but not too cramped and had all that I needed. The staff were helpful arranging a boxed breakfast when plans changed to a very early start before the restaurant opened at 6.30am."

The buffet breakfast was nice with alot to offer. The only complaint is that the lift is tiny for accomodating 4 people and luggage. An all round great stay. "
