The is house was super cute, lots of comfortable living spaces, nice bedrooms and basement space. Very conveniently located basically across the street from Washington park. Loved our stay here!
Perfect spot! I couldn't imagine a better location to enjoy the blink festival. The property is beautiful and just as started. Steps away from Washington Park!
This property has great reviews and deservingly so! Close to restaurants and only a short drive to Great American Ballpark! Garage parking and place was very clean! A few toys for our 2 year old was a nice touch!
We just came to town for a one night stay to visit Great American Ballpark. This was a very nice property. We weren’t in the property all that much, mainly for sleeping but was a very comfortable stay and tastefully decorated.
Went to Reds game. Location is great. Nice 20-25 minute walk to Ball field.
House was clean.
Definitely will stay at this propert again. Thank you Drew for the quick responses.
My dog and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was massive for just the two of us, there's plenty of room for a larger group. The location was perfect, such a cool neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything we needed (Loved the massive TV in the basement). Communication from the host was clear, only issue was I couldn't get the garage code to work, but it's entirely possible that I was doing something wrong. The garage itself was great, I appreciated having off street parking. 10/10 would book again.
My daughter got married on Friday night. The venue was just right across the park at The Transept. Your place was so convient to Finley Market, the hotel where the wedding party and all our out of town guests stayed, and all resturants and bars! Your place was perfect for us, our daughter and our grown son. We arrived on Tuesday before the wedding on Friday and wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much for making our stay in Cincinnati perfect!
The stay was just right, just enough accommodating space for 8 people. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The bonus was the downstairs area which offered additional social space. The outside courtyard with tv and firepit set a good tone. We could not get the firelace to work or couldnt find a remote, other than that the Stay met my expections.
Myself and some girlfriends had a girls weekend and this place was so nice. Pretty, clean, and comfortable. Loved that it had its own garage. He only issue (which wasn’t really an issue at all) was that the gas fireplace didn’t work. On the coldest day of the season, it would have been a nice addition, but it didn’t hinder our visit at all. Will come back with groups again. And would recommend this location for anyone.
Gathering of family from NC, NY and IN. 6 adults - plenty of room to hang out, play games, eat take out. Less than a block from a large grassy park - perfect for our dog. Very safe - as I took the dog out at 2am, 6am and other random times. Plenty of restaurants to walk to - breakfast - dinner. Highly recommend.

A disappointing few days
While this place could be quite lovely, there were several challenges, not least of which was a garage that smelled of garbage. Even after calling, the overflowing trash bin was not dealt with by the manager.
There were many burned out lightbulbs, and odd switches to nothing with no instructions or spare bulbs.
The fridge needed both a new water and ice filter (warning lights were on, and given how dangerous dirty water can be, we bought bottled instead!).
No sponge and no dish towels in the kitchen made it frustrating to use the space for cooking.
There is a lovely patio, but we had to climb up on a stool to plug in a powerline to a hidden switch. SOme instructions and a little care would have been very nice. Luckily we were able to reach the plug. To use the gas firepit, we had to enlarge photos of a small plaque with instructions.
The beds were hard and uncomfortable, but clean. There were fans on in the bathrooms that couldn't be shut.
Blackout curtains would have made the nights easier as there was a lot of light washing in from outdoors.
There was NO helpful information on Cincinnati.
We had our dog, and only stubbled onto a dogpark our last morning! Very frustrating!
We had an okay stay, but I would NOT RECOMMEND this place or the management team. Instead of trying to sell us bottles of wine and snacks, please take better care of your property!
