Lots of room options and gathering spaces in the house for a larger group. Great location in Mt Adams, but parking was a bit tricky- plan for that in advance
We came for a surprise birthday party at Mount Adams Grill and then came back to the house to play games and drink a little wine and had a great time. The next day we just walked around Mt. Adams and then explored a little, took naps and met friend for dinner at Mad Tree. We had a ball and everything was perfect! This house was perfect for the 6 of us!
house was great for a group of couples to stay for a wedding at the Monastery nearby. Bars and restaurants within steps. All the beds were very comfortable. Communication with host was wonderful. Bathrooms are a bit dated and could use some new furniture, but really the weekend was perfect! Would not hesitate to rent this location again in Mt. Adams!!!!
Hi VRBO! We had a great time at our house in Mt. Adams! Highly recommend to all. We will stay again next year. I am also posting this review because we left a green cooking pot and can’t figure out how to reach anyone to get it back!
The house was extremely clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Towels and face cloths were clean as a whistle.
The check-in process was super easy. House was decorated so cute and was really comfy.
We found that one of the remote controls were missing, let the owner know and it was promptly delivered.
The property has A LOT of steep stairs, my parents were traveling with us so fortunate ly
I like old historic neighborhoods and found this area to be quite charming. The home was unique, and while the floors have a noticeable slant in one direction, it was very accommodating. There was more than enough room for everyone there. Plenty of space. The amenities of the home were well kept, and the climate control worked perfectly.
For our stay, the added bonus of roof access gave us a fun view of fireworks all along the Ohio river.
This location was also fairly close to several fun sights and museums.
Read the description twice before arriving. Parking is a challenge if you have more than one car. We did find street parking and also a small parking garage. Majority of the home was very clean except for a set of stained sheets on one bed. Also we could not find an iron and looked everywhere. I would still stay here again because of the location. The area is walkable to restaurants, shopping and ice cream! Beautiful and hilly scenery.

Nice Place
We traveled to Cincinnati to stay with family nearby and celebrate my twins 16th birthday. The neighborhood was walkable and had many restaurants and bars with a good vibe. The property was plenty of room for all of us. However, finding parking was difficult for everyone. Communication with the contracted host management could hdve been better. We inquired about a late check out and never heard back from anyone. Same thing when we inquired about an item that may have bed left behind. Other than that, it was a well kept property in a nice neighborhood.

Wedding weekend in Cincinatti
Great location! Very short walk to many restaurants and bars. Kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, utensils, and glassware. There wasn't any laundry detergent for the washing machine, but there were dryer sheets.
Biggest issue was this is 3 and 1/2 baths, not the 4 as advertised. It created a little bit of a rush situation getting ready for the rehearsal and wedding.
It would have been nice to have some chairs on the front porch. And my toddlers white socks were black just walking and playing on the main level.
THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE!
All in all, we weren't at the property that much and we really enjoyed Cincinatti.
Great location, plenty of bars/restaurants and a corner market within a block’s walk. Loved the views from the rooftop. Parking is a real pain in the area though.
Loved the location. Easy access to downtown. With 4 floors plus a usable roof, there is plenty of living space. Four bedrooms also sets this property apart.
Stayed in Mt. Adams with my family, including my parents while we explored Cincinnati for a couple of days. The house has great bedrooms and tons of character. We had a great trip.
Had a group of friends come stay in Cinci for Cubs Reds game, this was a great location for us and in a nice location with plenty to walk to. Parking was a little tight but we knew this going into the trip. Host was responsive and attentive, providing us with suggestions and plenty of information. Check out was amazing, I'm not a fan of having to semi clean a place when we are already paying a "cleaning fee" this was not the case.
We had a group of 10 stay here for a concert at Paycor Stadium! Plenty of beds and bathrooms for all (8) girls to get ready for the concert. Only downfall was parking in the busy neighborhood but once we found a spot we kept vehicle there and used Uber for the weekend! All in all was a great spot and would reccomend!
House is awesome. Only down fall was parking. It's a super busy area with very little parking. Parking for 1 car to be exact. We had 4 cars in our group. 2 cars had to park 3 to 4 blocks away on the street. Outside of that it was everything you would want from a house.
