I would like to say that I am disappointed with the quality of some things in our stay. This is the most expensive accommodation so far in Reunion but with the poorest facilities. On the plus side you service has been attentive and you have tried to accommodate the fact my wife does not drink alcohol and is pescatarian. Thank you To list: 1) the fridge is broken 2) the WiFi does not work in the room, 3) the shower soap is empty on our 1st use in the shower 4) the menu on the web site in English offers a happy hour - there is no happy hour 5) the floor in the room is sticky and maybe not that clean 6) Our fondue dinner was not served with potatoes or salad but as we had no menu we did not realise until after our dinner. You did compensate by removing cost of 1 glass of wine. Thank you. Overall very disappointing. The hotel is not a spa and needs some more care and attention to bring it back to a **** Level.

It’s a good location and the breakfast was excellent. It could do with a bit of tlc and if you want to use the rooftop jacuzzi, make sure you book in advance. Also worth checking what day you are going to be in Cilous as eating options are extremely limited on a Monday.

Hôtel de montagne

Joli hôtel de montagne en centre-ville de Cilaos. S'il peut effectivement paraître en-deçà des standards habituels d'un 4 étoiles, notamment au niveau de l'isolation sonore ou des services proposés, l'hôtel n'est pas sans qualités : le service est agréable, souriant et arrangeant, il y a un parking gratuit disponible ce qui est un vrai plus à Cilaos, et il est par exemple possible de commander un panier petit-déjeuner pour partir randonner tôt (par exemple au Piton des Neiges). Le petit-déjeuner buffet est de qualité moyenne, mais correct. La chambre elle-même est assez confortable et de taille moyenne, et le bruit de la rue ou des couloirs y est assez audible. Heureusement, l'activité est quasi-inexistante de nuit et le silence règne à Cilaos.

Hôtel bénéficiant d'un emplacement de premier ordre et une architecture typique de la Réunion. L'hôtel mériterait d'être un peu mieux entretenu. Accueil sympa. très bon petit déjeuner. Par contre, mauvais rapport qualité-prix !

Bel hôtel pour une étape !

Séjour d’une nuit pour faire étape dans le cirque. Très bel hôtel avec un excellent petit déjeuner ! Malheureusement ma chambre était située près d’un groupe électrogène et nous l’avons entendu s’allumer et s’éteindre toute la nuit…

Das Hotel mag zu den besseren in Cilaos gehören, was aber mehr über das allgemeine Angebot und weniger über die Unterkunft aussagt. Besonders nervend war ein tiefes Brummen eines undefinierbaren Gerätes, das alle 5 Minuten einsetzte und SEHR störend war. Das Frühstück war gut. Alles in allem bestenfalls ein 2-3 Sterne Etablissement.

Bon hôtel et bon accueil. Petit bémol concernant les renseignements fournis pour les restaurants sur place. Quelques infos contradictoires de la part du personnel alors que plusieurs restaurants sont ouverts en ville. Les massages proposés par l’hôtel sont de très bonne qualité.

Hôtel qui a grand besoin de rafraîchissement et qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. Terrasse de la chambre qui donne sur la rue et vue sur un jardin, sale et non entretenu.
