「A lovely, quiet and private location. The pod is compact and well appointed, with a lovely modern feel. Very well presented and some lovely welcoming touches.
Communication was great from initial contact through to the welcome on arrival.
Parking is up the road but only a couple of minutes walk.

「We stayed at ocean view room for our vacation, and enjoyed brilliant view during daytime and had calm and relaxed moments at night. The hotel is located 5 to 10 min distance on foot from the central area of Penzance where you can see restaurants and shops, and it took only 15 min walk to the edge of the next town where Mackerel Sky Seafood Bar is located. 「The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention.」
