"The property itself is absolutely beautiful. Very private feeling, overall very quiet and plenty of nature to enjoy! My husband, myself and our dogs stayed for the week and really enjoyed ourselves overall. Mosquitos get crazy at night, but thats the perfect time to enjoy the beautiful sunroom! One thing to be mindful of outside is that the lake caused rashes on everyone, so definitely bath yourself and pets immediately every time you swim. But thats kind of expected, especially in the summer months. The only thing we struggled with during our stay was being there during a heatwave. The property was listed to have AC, but we didnt really expect a little floor unit with a hose designed for 1 room. The cabin got up to 86F inside of the air conditioned bedroom, and even with all of the fans, it was a struggle to keep animals safe. We utilized my car's AC quite a lot. Overall really great stay, just be careful with heatwaves"

"Everything was very clean, we were properly instructed on how to use the water system. Great views of the lake, a nice dock to swim off of. My only suggestion would be for the owners to replace the grill provided with a more permanent solution. The grill was quite rusty and frankly unusable for cooking. Don’t let this dissuade you from renting however, the overall experience was very good."

L’hôte a été de bons conseils et a répondu à nos question rapidement. La seule petite amélioration serait d’avoir du bois fendu pour le foyer extérieur pour en profiter davantage. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter."

"The cottage was updated and well decorated. Big outside covered porch with a bbq overlooking the Ottawa river with a very cool bar area close to the water. Everything was amazing with no complaints."
