"Why spend the night at a place in crazy insane Moab when you can spend the night at the comfy Atomic Blue in the laid back town of Monticello, with ready access to some great hiking and biking country."
"My family made some wonderful memories! While I wouldn’t call the house luxurious, it was warm and cozy. We cooked quite a bit and were happy to find leftover spices and miscellaneous foodstuffs. A couple new pans would be nice but not necessary. The forest is beautiful! The boys loved the loft. All in all, a great stay!"
"This cabin is located in the middle of a national forest not far from the Colorado border in a remote location. It is surrounded by native vegetation and wildlife. While you are having breakfast, you can often see a family of deer grazing just outside the dining room. On our drive to town, we also came across a family of wild turkeys. There is a profound sense of calm and solitude.
The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. There is a large deck just outside the room we stayed in, and at night we could see the stars. The hosts, Rebecca and Mike are very welcoming and made us feel at home. The guests were also very friendly. It was Thanksgiving holiday, and Rebeca gave us her signature sangria, which was the best I have ever tried, and I know how to make a good sangria. It is a great place to get away from the city, relax, and visit the nearby national parks. I highly recommend it."
