「The property is a period house and the owner Chris has kept it to that style, very clean with a excellent breakfast cooked to perfection by Chris with a wide and varied choice of food. Whitwell is a designated dark sky area with some very pretty houses lots of thatched roofs,the local pub is only a few minutes walk and well worth a visit,the food is excellent. I would definitely recommend a stay at Kingsmede ,it fulfilled all my wife and I hopes」

「Stayed here for a night booked online really late at night and was greeted at reception by a very pleasant and helpful young lad whose manners and customer service were second to none (very good), the hotel lobby, hallways and room is exceptionally clean to a high standard and the room was to a high standard. Will be coming back for a longer stay next time and would certainly recommend to friends and family or people in general 👍」

「全部で7部屋しかない（？）小さなホテルでとてもアットホームなもてなしを受けられました。新婚さんのための部屋ではないかと思われる2人部屋で3人で宿泊。とても快適でした。 朝食は手作りの典型的な English Breakfirst でベーコンの塩加減も適度でとても美味しい。 残念ながら雨の日だったのであたりを散歩することもできませんでしたが、レストラン The Bargeman’s Rest が近くにあってとてもおいしい。」

「We had a lovely stay at the Buddle inn, all the staff were welcoming and very friendly, the room was top class and roomy with a comfortable bed and a large en suite. Tea and coffee, biscuits and water provided in the room. We really enjoyed our time here and would definately come again.」

「シャンクリンのオールドビレッジから徒歩数分。ホテルに車を置いてオールドビレッジを観光できる立地は素晴らしい。ホテルからは海が一望でき、晴れた日は心が洗われるような景色を楽しむことができる。 レセプションの応対はあたたかく親切で満足できる水準。一方でレストランは平均並みの味・サービスレベルでとりたてて良いとは言えない。ディナーはホテルではなくパブや町のレストランで食べるのも選択肢になるだろう。エンターテインメントは子供向けの遊び場やプレイステーションが充実しており、小さいお子様連れには便利。プールもアウトドア、インドア両方完備されている（ただし設備は少し古い）。 」

「My family, 4 stayed this hotel at our first night of Isle of Wight. The room was clean, but the hotel compositioin is too complex and no lift, no wi-fi connection at room.」
