「We had a very comfortable stay at Vespucci Palace. Waseem is a friendly and helpful host. The room and communal areas are spotlessly clean and well decorated. Our room was spacious and we slept well on the large bed. The gift of a bottle of wine was appreciated and I enjoyed some of this from the enormous bathtub. Breakfast was very tasty.」

「I’ve stayed in several places and several areas in Rome and this one is very convenient and pleasant. Lovely updated spacious room I stayed in. Busy street in front but the rooms are sound proof enough from traffic. It is a 4 bedroom guest house not a hotel but there is super helpful staff at the front desk during the day for all the help you could need and more including plenty of advice on sites and food. They provided an early check in for me as it was available and watched my bags for me...

「夜遅い時間に到着予定だったので、空港からのピックアップをホテルに頼みました。感じの悪そうな運転手ではなかったのですが、支払いの時、きちんとお札を目の前で数えずにまとめて支払ってしまいました。（キャッシュオンリーでドライバーに払うシステム）そしたら支払金額が足りないと・・・・。ガイドブックにも書いてあった手口。やられたと思いました。自分の勘違いかと思いましたが、お部屋で現金を数えても間違いなく正規の料金払っていました。ホテルに頼んだピックアップだからと安心していたし、到着してすぐにやられたのでショックが大きかったです。 ホテル自体は、ご飯もおいしく、接客もフレンドリー、掃除も行き届いていて快適でした。 場所が裏路地のようなところにあるので、人通りも少なく怖い感じがしましたが、慣れれば日本の裏路地と一緒でした。（夜は階段の下にホームレス？がいたのがちょっと・・・・と思いました。ホテルの人はいることを知らないのかな？） ただ、最初にそんなことがあったので、どれもこれも疑ってかかってしまったことが残念。 でも、また泊まりたいプチホテルです。」

「We stayed at the family apartment. The property was clean and easy to access to bus and metro. Various type of restaurants and cafes were nearby. The door key was tricky and had some difficulties to unlock. There was no users' manual of IH cookingtop, but the staff was very helpful to let us know the kicks by chat and mail. 」

「夫婦で一泊利用しました。コロッセオやフォロ・ロマーノからすぐの場所にあり、立地はとても良かったです。 また、私達はイタリア語はもちろん、英語もあまり得意ではありませんでしたが、受付のお姉さんはチェックインからチェックアウトまでとても親切に接してくれました。それが10日間のイタリア観光の中で一番印象に残っており、嬉しかったです。 ホテルは清潔で、おしゃれで、ミニバーもあり快適でした。５階へ上がるためのリフトは昔ながらの様で、古いところがとても気に入りました。 またイタリアに行く機会があれば、ぜひ利用したいです。」
