It was very quaint and easily accessible. Food choices were literally a few steps away. The view of the area was gorgeous especially at night time. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions.

This place was perfect for A 3 night stay in the beautiful city of Rome Will definitely come back again. Only critique I have is that the mattress was slightly hard. Great communication and the building itself is historical and full of character with an incredible view and atmosphere.

Excellent communications with the owner. Everything was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to most major attractions in Rome. It is tlin the city center so if absolute quiet is what you need then this is not your place. We had no issues sleeping though. We expected a bustling city atmosphere and that is what it is.

Super clean. Good location. We got a warm welcome by the lady who manages the place. But it is a guesthouse and not a hotel, there is no staff 24/7. Guess we didn’t read the information properly.

The best place to stay in Rome (Colloseum) area!

An absolute gem! This property was amazing and perfectly located in the area of the Colosseum. My friends and I stayed here and cannot say enough about our experience both with the accommodation and with our host. The host is attentive and helped us to enjoy the city of Rome so much more! Rooms were spotless and perfect in size and amenities. A+ Can’t wait to go back and stay again! Thank you♥️

Definitely not a typical “hotel” like I expected but it was awesome. It was tricky to find since you had to enter a large wooden door without any signage. Make sure you have a phone that’s active (we weren’t from Italy so had to take our phone off airplane mode) to get access to the building. Great location, lots of food and easy walk to most sites.
