Laura is amazing at what she does. The cleaning staff is also so friendly. Literally steps from the Colosseum. I would wake up and just open my window and admire it. I highly recommend here. Will be back. .

Great location right across the road from the Colosseum and a Metro. Two handy restaurants on either side of the entrance make it an ideal location. The host can’t do enough to help and make the stay pleasant.

A very comfortable bed to sleep in after such a busy day, a very clean bathroom, a pleasantly cool room temperature, and a view of the Colosseum that is simply priceless. Laura the property manager was excellent and she even stayed in direct contact throughout the planning of our trip through what's app. Laura was top notch and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Always willing to go the extra mile and made arrangements for pickup from the airport to the BnB and cruise terminal. Our room was conveniently located with a fantastic view of the Colosseum. It was comfortable and clean. Many restaurants and attractions were within minutes of walking distance. We would highly recommend this location!

Amazing service

Laura was amazing during our trip. Her communication was great and even booked our ride from the airport. Location is the spotlight for this hotel, right across the street from the coliseum.

Loved Laura! She communicated very well before, during, and after our stay. There was a marathon that blocked all roads whrn we were leaving and she made a special trip on a Sunday to ensure we could connect with our driver and actually led us to each other using our Whats App and the Italian language! Room was very large compared to others in Rome, huge bathroom and shower, and with a view of the Colosseum. 3 Restaurants on bottom level but so quiet. Metro, bus, 5 minute walk. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

From the booking of the trip to leaving this amazing and historic building with a view of the Coliseum across the street, and the wonderful, responsive, helpful and gracious representative, Laura, this was a perfect accommodation. She even helped to lug our luggage!!!!! She gave me a list of restaurants when I mentioned I have Celiac!
