"Great breakfast selection, central location, wqlkable distance to Old Town and Jewish quarter"

"Nice location and within walking distance to the river and amenities. Nice room but high windows so the view wasnt as described and not as clean as would have expected. Had to pay 500pln upfront and we were told we would get it back on checkout. Not recieved yet. Shops nearby. Staff friendly but never replied to my emails sent before we left the UK. The lift was broken for the 3 days we were there and we were on the 3rd floor which was 6 flights of stairs. Luckily we could just manage them. Krakow is a beautiful place. I think the hotel is more a 3/4 star though and not a 5 star in my opinion. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location just a minutes walk from the main square. There are plenty of restaurants close by and in the square. We had a family apartment which was brilliant. Had two bedrooms and each bedroom had its own bathroom and kitchen area. Would recommend the accommodation. "

"Hotel is ideally located…. Couldn’t be better placed… it’s clean and sharp looking. We had limited interaction with staff and they are v good. Bed wasn’t very comfy… restless sleep …. probably the pillows. Anyway overall it was very good. Thanks "

Unbeatable location within minutes of Krakow's main train station and local sites, great facilities including an infrared sauna, and the most efficient and professional team of staff who went above and beyond from my initial call (before booking) to check a few things.
