"The property is well situated for exploring Exmoor, both on foot and by car. A short walk takes you to Exford where there are 2 pubs and a teashop(the hub for star gazing nights on a Thursday). "We stayed from 25th Aug-1st Sept. The property totally exceeded our expectations which were extremely high. The facilities are second to none, it felt like a home from home but in much more beautiful surroundings. Orchard House is very close to all amenities but secluded for peace and tranquility. There was a lovely offering on arrival in the form of a welcome pack, totally unexpected and a treat. The owners were friendly and chatted to members of my family. I cannot recommend this property...

"We stayed 3 days here. We were mostly out of the home but it is on a very quiet street that when we slept we didn’t have any issues of traffic or other people. The stairs can be difficult so it you have stairs be prepared. They are a beautiful set of stairs. You are in waling distance of multiple restaurants. The host was VERY accommodating and assured us when we arrived early. It was very much appreciated!"

"Plenty of space for 4 adults. The outside verandah was well used as it was so peaceful and quiet to sit out on. Three toilets to the property was a great advantage. The property is not overlooked. The journey to the property is along narrow lanes but with plenty of routes to choose from."

"The Mole Resort is absolutely FABULOUS! Lodges are spacious, very clean and well equipped with own parking space at the door to the lodge. It is a quiet resort (whilst I was there anyway!) and this was well received. The team are easily contacted via WhatsApp which is great and there was only 1 issue I needed to bring to their attention (patio door did not lock during my stay, thought to be caused by the hot weather).
