"Cosy, once we got it warm, was very cold when we arrived, the kitchen was very well equipped with loads of gadgets, all good quality equipment, but we couldn’t find a whisk. The kitchen area was large enough to all gather in, the lounge was not large enough to seat us all on the sofas. Pool room was a good bonus, because of the weather. Loved the boot room and utility area. Toys for the kids and great for the dogs until they dried. Slight downside, maybe because of the rain, we had damp areas...

It took a while for us all to find our way around on the ground floor, a lot of doors off a long corridor!The lounge furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We all enjoyed our stay and very much hope to stay here again, after all it is in the heart of our favourite part of England! "

"This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception. There was a nice touch with tea making facilities and scones provided for the 4 days that I was there. I cannot...
