「Great place! Large space with everything you might need. Kitchen was fully stocked and they even had a broom and mop to use as well as a washer and dryer. There were tons of air mattresses available and sufficient for bedding them. Host also brought freshly made cinnamon rolls which were delicious. 「We thoroughly appreciated the communications provided by the host. Initially had a few teething issues, with the keylock code not working, and a smell in the bedroom and the living area, but this was rectified and a cleaning crew came in twice for it. Place is perfectly situated (with car use) but a bit less so if on foot, or public transportation. The laundry in the shed and the kitchen are always welcome especially as our booking was over 2 weeks long! Thanks again for a suitable stay for us!」

「This place was nothing like the listing. The place we stayed was a unit in a complex with walls so thin we heard loud barking dogs and people talking until after midnight. The shower drain was clogged, the towels poor quality and stained. Even the trash sack in the kitchen was ridiculously small. Property management said this would be comparable to the listing due to a last minute change but it was less bedrooms, bad neighborhood, and not a whole house. I will not be booking with this company...

「This house is in a rural neighborhood, with a convenient connecting street for quick trips to the harbor, or freeways, for shops and activities.We had four in our group and with the blow up mattress each had their own bed. 「This house was a gorgeous location for a weekend stay. The living room receives so much natural light that it made our morning especially cozy. All of the facilities and rooms were clean and in good condition. The host was very responsive and answered any of my questions in a thorough and timely manner before and during my stay. 「Immaculately clean, fully remodeled cottage. They thought of everything for a great stay--bed, kitchen, bathrooms. Having a private garage to park in added to sense of security. A couple of things were in short supply that day (paper towels, coffee pods) but Ben responded immediately when we let him know and delivered needed items to the house quickly. Great and prompt communication from Ben before and during the stay.」

"空港から992バスで15分くらいでしょうか。バス停から道路を渡ったらホテルです。アクセスバツグンです。 ただ、ホームレスがいる地域なので、注意した方がいいです。 一名につき1ドリンク無料2名分と記載されていますが間違いなので訂正して欲しいです。 以前は、1ドリンク無料2名分＝ウォーターボトル2本だったそうです。 現在は、ドリンクチケット一枚　(一杯) 一人分だけです、1滞在につき一回です。ホテル一階のバーで利用できます。 アメニティは固形石鹸とお化粧落としシート二枚、コーヒーメーカーがあります。 シャンプー等は備え付けの物あり。利用しましたが特に髪の毛が痛む事もなく日本人にも問題なく利用できる製品でした。"
