「The owners are excellent host! Highly recomend!」

「Ease of access from/to the main highway and shopping areas. Views of lake & snowcapped mountains. Quiet. Morning sounds of birds. Well maintained gardens of eatables and local plants. Furniture and furnishings are right out of designer magazines, and all is coordinated and comfortable. No excess. No clutter. But lots of it and all fits together. Hostess is personable; well-traveled; and proficient in the art of conversation. Days later in our travels we met again with other guests. They said...

「We had to fly out of Anchorage the next day, but the last thing we wanted to do was end a wonderful Alaskan vacation in the middle of the city, so we stayed at Pioneer Ridge B&B and it was extraordinary. Setting and view were spectacular. Lots of eye candy all over the lodge, Our room was beautiful and very comfortable and the lemon blueberry pancakes in the morning are to die for. Thoroughly recommend this peaceful, beautiful stay.」

「Excellent property nicely decorated with a bear theme and everything you need for a great stay! Wish we had more than one night to stay and enjoy the lake and fire pit also.Only problem we had was WiFi password provided on refrigerator list of instructions did not work…possibly changed ?」

「We didn’t even check in. We pulled up to the house and it looked scetchy!!! Dirty rolled up carpet impeding the door to enter the apartment, broken down car with broken window in the driveway. Neighbor kids running all over the place. Not at all how it was portrayed on your site!!! Such a disappointment!!!」
