"I stayed at Tamarack Lodge for a work trip I had in Sun Valley. I had my dog with me so I appreciated their pet friendly policy. The hotel was cute, but dated. There was a small courtyard for communal use and a pet potty area, which was nice. I stayed in room 208 on the second floor. There was gross water that smelled like urine leaking up from the floor boards in the bathroom. When I went to take a shower, the tub immediately clogged upon turning the shower on so I could only take a quick shower. It still didn't drain the next day, so I let the staff know. I was only there for one night. The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed in the room. However the coffee maker dispersed plastic in my cup when I ran a water cycle through it, so I opted to get a latte in town. The room was a bit overpriced for the value but staff was friendly. "

"Cute little hotel close to downtown. Love the outside areas. Very cute with the sheep theme. Nice sitting area in the lobby. Also a cute area where breakfast is served. Breakfast was ok. One morning was definitely better than the other. I was there during a slow time, so I suspect it is harder to do a breakfast for just a few people. "

"Great place! Location was perfect - walk to town and mountain is very close. Shuttle is super convenient. Breakfast was a great! Hotub, pool, gym, and patio very nice. Loved the “living room” area downstairs- nice when you want to get out of the room and relax! "

"What a perfect place to spend some time!!"

"Host is great and the place is as advertised. The location is very convenient to the River Run base and walking distance (0.5 miles) to the Village Market, which has just about anything you would need. Kitchen was well appointed and everything was very clean. A couple of things that are hard to see in the photos - the sliding door from one room into the jack and Jill bathroom is not fully sealed (and therefore not private). As a family with teenagers who sleep through anything, it worked just fine but there are gaps on both sides of the door when closed. Also, the window shades are not light blocking so if you are light sensitive, you may want an eye mask for sleeping. The living room with wood stove was a great spot for us to hang out together in the evening. Overall, we had a great experience. "

"Wonderful family getaway near the best of Ketchum. Very close to River Run which has great lodge, loft/ gondola access, high-end ski shop and overnight storage for skis/ boots so you can easily walk on a dirt path or paved trail. Trail for running/ biking behind townhouse and fantastic for marathon training. Townhouse was incredibly clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. First rate appliances and in unit laundry. Walking distance to town with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes. Despite the lack of snow, Sun Valley knows how to from and we had plenty of good skiing and a great lesson Will be back!!"
