Cloud Nine is a stunning, elegant townhouse situated in the heart of Central Christchurch, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquillity for an exceptional city experience. This thoughtfully designed space features carefully chosen furniture pieces and curated artwork.

Perfect for a luxe urban retreat, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse is the ideal spot to indulge in a romantic escape, celebrate with friends or spend time with family.

The space

Welcome to the modern sophisticated three-storey townhouse in the heart of the city that has everything you need for your next stay.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area on the ground floor offer the perfect setting for relaxation, entertainment, and connecting with loved ones. Sink into the comfortable lounge space, surrounded by carefully curated designer furniture pieces and artwork – every detail has been considered to create a stunning home.

The living area is equipped with a 55-inch smart Samsung TV, soundbar, and Netflix – a great spot to hang out or to find a quiet spot to read a book.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with top-grade Smeg and Fisher & Paykel appliances, including an electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

If you want to host a dinner or enjoy a relaxed long lunch, the spectacular dining space, with comfortable dining chairs and a beautiful glass round table, is the spot to while away the hours with good friends and great food.

As you head outside, you will find outdoor dining furniture perfect for soaking up the sun.

The master bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom, serves as a private sanctuary, while the second bedroom ensures comfort and flexibility. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and has a sumptuous super king bed with hotel-quality linen bedding and blinds so you can enjoy a long lie-in. The master bedroom has a large ensuite complete with a hairdryer and Ecostore toiletries.

The second bedroom is located on the first floor and has a comfortable queen bed with ample storage. The main bathroom is appointed on the same floor, adorned with sleek fixtures and contemporary finishes.

Incorporating practicality with luxury, this townhouse features amenities that ensure a seamless urban lifestyle. Two air conditioning and heating units maintain comfort throughout the seasons, while high-speed Wi-Fi guarantees your connectivity needs are met. Laundry facilities within the townhouse add a layer of convenience, while secure access control offers peace of mind.

For health and safety, we have a fire alarm, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket under the sink.

Guest access

You and your guests will have the townhouse all to yourselves, with exclusive access to all the amenities and the whole property.

There is no designated parking but you can park your car in a free spot on the street. Gloucester Street tends to fill up quickly in the evenings, so be sure to check Barbadoes Street or the narrower streets surrounding the house.

We loved the Cloud Nine Elegant Escape!

The Cloud Nine Elegant Escape was a lovely place to stay for our group of 2 couples. It was super clean and the layout was perfect with a bedroom and bathroom on each of the upper floors. We enjoyed walking just 5-15 minutes to cafes and restaurants, and the host was super helpful. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Christchurch!!
