Great! Comfy room and beds, super helpful staff available to assist with whatever needed (extra coffe, milk). Bathroom could use some work (peeling on roof & cracking in Lino) but was clean and shower pressure perfect, lots of towels and bathroom amenities lovely. Only issue, ground floor room and the noise of people walking in room above was quite obvious. Not a major - as didn’t bother us at night but up until bedtime and in the morning very noticeable. Would stay here again.

we were taken to train station at 6am to catch the train and picked up at 7.30pm a couple of days later. A very good service and very friendly people. They could not help us more. We were a group of 10. Three trips to the train station. Much appreciated.

This motel offers a free complimentary shuttle service to and from the railway station that services the Tranzalpine and Coastal Pacific trains which was fantastic for us because we arrived on the Tranzalpine & departed on the Coastal Pacific trains The motel is within a short walk of their main stadiums.

Have stayed here multiple times & always been good, even bought my partner beer when we had to change rooms on a two night stay. This time round, standards had dropped (possibly a change of management), previous guests food still in fridge & fake fingernails & food behind couch & bed when we moved them so head of bed wasnt under the window. I booked as it was the only motel close to the train station and also offered a free shuttle to the Tranzalpine in the morning. The staff were great, friendly and helpful, the room was very big, clean and well furnished.
