"I like everything about this hotel, except that the room we stay (418) is quite noisy at nights. Yes, it is in between high way 95 and a busy road; but I also feel the window or its insulation may not be good enough. Can you imagine the traffic noise is comparable and sometimes louder with the A/C noise in the room?"

"Great place to stay, comfortable, nice. However $6 for bottled water and drinks Ridiculous. Not cool to take advantage of the average consumer in times like these. Price gouging should never be a strategy to make up funds for your bottom line. "

"I did not sleep well. No matter how many times I tried to reduce the temperature of the room to below 70 it wouldn’t work. Then it seemed liked the AC would completely turn off at night. As a menopausal woman from Texas I like to sleep in the cold, so very disappointing with the price of these rooms. In addition the king sized beds should have king pillows not the tiny standard size. "

"The room was clean in general. My bedspread and pillow cases were not clean. I had reached out the day before for early checkin for the next day. They said I could check in at 1pm no extra charge. Had the message so I could show checkin if needed. The lady at checkin was not nice at all. She acted as if she didnt believe me and proceeded to tell me affter I told her I have proof to again say "I just want you to know that you are very early" which we obviously established when I walked up LOL. I kept it cool and thanked her or checking me in and she remained to be not so nice to me! The lobby was filthy. The pond in the front when you walk in had bubbly algae or something foaming in it and junk like empty cans. Disgusting. The outside not so great either. Its a shame because this place used to be so nice when I lived in the area years ago. So, its just ok place to stay. "
