"The property is attractive, room was lovely and clean, grounds were appealing and we had a room with French doors leading outside with a small table and chairs outside which was great for breakfast etc. There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal which is a bonus if you fancy self catering. Adam was helpful and informative. Very quiet and relaxing location and perfect for visiting the area although you do need a car."

After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. "The staff, cleanliness and overall appearance was gorgeous! A few dishes at the restaurant were perhaps a little over, however we woukd certainly come back and stay there in a heartbeat, because it is out of the way if the city centre, and perfectly for a relaxing weekend, which is exactly what we needed! Brilliant hotel!"

"Couldn’t ask for a more central location. Room was perfectly sized (though I was only a single traveler). Lobby was a super comfy cafe/lounge area. Snacks/amenities available 24 hours. Laundry onsite easy to use with contactless payment. Small exercise room (think 2-3 people at a time) but was enough for a good stretch. Room had kettle and toaster on the counter, Nespresso style maker, microwave oven and induction cooktop. Using the toaster (and not even burning the bread) was enough to trigger the smoke alarm (so turn on the exhaust fan before you toast and let run a few minutes after toast has popped). There are dishes, sharp knives, cutting board, dish towels for use. Even an automatic dishwasher!! Fridge had a small freezer compartment, and was so helpful during the warmer days of summer to make ice for the water bottle. Supermarket within a block so it was very easy to dine in-room, though the cafe was always busy and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. A busway was steps from the front door and could easily access other parts of town or the train station. All in, this is easily a home away from home, and made the weeklong trip for a campus program that much more homey and comfortable."

"It was a fantastic, clean hotel with incredible food at a good price and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We were able to rest before an early flight and we were able to relax due to how close we were to the airport and the shuttle bus service was great also."
