「Shops and some sightseeing sights within walking distance. Friendly staff! Dislike- lobby is not located in 1st floor.」

「breakfast is very nice.」

「Great location, but I would not recommend this hotel. The elevators are slow and one was broken. The room only has power while your keycard is in the slot, so everything shuts off when you leave. That was infuriating and exhausting. I'm a paying guest, and I didn't opt into saving a few cents of electricity. The room itself was filthy. The floors were exceptionally dirty and the sheets had a blood stain on them. Shower towels were left by the bathtub, so I kept forgetting them and had to walk...

「Friendly and helpful staff , room is clean, nice location close to everything you need but you just need to get ready to walk」

「I would suggest staying here for the excellent service. The staff is really nice and are always there to help. The location is always great. It is right across from the Raffles mall with many stores and entertainment. The train station is also directly in front of the property.」

「ok」

「Chambres propres, staff hyper réactif et gentil」
