「Apartment is in great location. Apartment is very comfortable for two people, it is quite large. It was a shame there was building work going on so the gardens were noisy with construction materials. But once inside the apartment it was great. The four flights of stairs were not ideal. But the helpful staff carried our luggage up for us. A WhatsApp contact number would be helpful.」

「I was accommodated in a studio due to a miscommunication regarding the original booking. The studio was clean and comfortable and I was happy with the alternative provided. The building was a nice residential block, and the location was perfect (close to cafes, restaurant, parks). The studio could be better accommodated for longer stays, i.e. there was no kettle and no cleaning products (including washing up liquid & sponge for dishes). 「I give the Ascott apartments a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the easiness of booking to the smooth and easy check in. Our host was outstanding as well as the helpfulness of all staff on hand. Apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A great place to call home when your far from home. Never any issues and quick responses when needed.」
