The apartment itself was perfect, with all the facilities available. Also Mr Chaiwat was excellent communicating and checking in was simple and a breeze with full instructions provided prior to the trip. Amazing Thailand, the land of smiles. "Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store). Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only possible with good Thai language skills. Ebookers really messed it up!"
