Staff was friendly, the dj on Saturday was great. I loved the complimentary cucumber water and that Starling is connected to Politan Row food court.

From the check in at the front desk to the bellmen, the doorman, valet and the room-everything was wonderful. I had the best breakfast I'd had in years at a hotel where the bacon was crisp and not greasy and the omelet prepared to perfection. There was no cranberry juice available per my request for breakfast neither was there ginger ale available at night. The room upgrade was an issue even though I'm a member of their reward program I booked through a 3rd party. But lucky for me the very kind gentleman at check in heard my request as a disappointment and went ahead with the room upgrade. The room was stocked with a great selection of alcoholic beverages and snacks. The bed very comfortable. The only downside was the room was in the back near railroad tracks with trains running until midnight and starting up again around 7am. Did not try the pool because of the winter weather. The price was great for an overnight New Year's Day stay. I look forward to another stay!

The room was so beachy and clean! The staff was amazing everywhere went, and we went to the lounge upstairs, the restaurant downstairs (the mac and cheese could have been better), used room service etc....we plan to stay there every year on our visit to America's Mart!

The staff helped with all of our dietary restrictions at the restaurant and were very kind. Rooms were immaculate.

We only stayed one night for a concert at the State Farm Arena. It was the perfect location as it was walking distance to the arena, the front desk staff was really sweet, and the room was nice. The price was good for downtown Atlanta also.
