I would like to thank the entire staff for such a warm welcome from the time my family check in until the time we check out. The hospitality was amazing the art work fabulous the restaurant service phenomenal some of the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever tasted. The room was very clean and beds were so comfortable if you are looking for a wonderful place to stay Hotel Phoenix is it look no further. My family and I can not wait to visit Atlanta again our home away from home thank you to the entire staff at Hotel Phoenix.

The room was clean, but looked a little dated. Was surprised at the full sized refrigerator. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired, no protein or egg option, had waffles, cereal, some fruit and toast options. Probably would not stay here again.
