The best part was the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. However, the room was kind of a disappointment. It’s a bummer there’s no microwave in there, but that’s on me for not reading the ammeneties better. The furniture wasn’t in a great condition and just looked rough. Some of the drawers didn’t really close properly. There was a hole in the wall by the door. And the rooms was so small. I could tell it was on the smaller size from the pictures but I was surprised by just how small it was. It did not comfortably fit 4 of us. It’s not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I loved the amenities at this hotel—that was the main reason I decided to switch, and they didn’t disappoint. However, I was disappointed with the service at the upstairs restaurant. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed, the food was cold, and service was quite slow. On a more positive note, our dinner experience downstairs was completely different—much better service and overall atmosphere. It seems the service industry in Atlanta is facing challenges, but there’s definitely room for improvement here.

The hotel was cute. We had to wait 2 days for a microwave which we were told that we would get the first night upon arrival and there was this strange noise that we heard every morning that interrupted my sleep which I did not like. The elevator and hallways were a bit warm but everything else was ok.
