Hello Kass, Thank you very much for your feedback. The ideal of our villa is to be quiet and away from the crowd. I am not sure if you did check the location for our villa before you book or not but only if i know that you were not planing to rent a car or motorbike i wouldn't recommend you to rent our place either because it is not convenience. Regarding to electricity and water fee, i did reply your message about the approximately cost that it will be around 1,500 THB - 2,500 THB and we even offered you a discount on the bill.
