The GM couple is extremely caring and the staff very attentive to your needs. It's an amazing place. Prefer to go on dry season, as during wet season (Jan-April) animals are more difficult to see and some roads are flooded」

「There is nothing around the hotel but very close to the entrance of the National Park. Everybody is just so kind and we could relax. The activities were reasonable and well organized! Would love to stay longer next time!」

「Very good location with beautiful river view! All the staffs are friendly with smiles. Although there were always big groups of tourists but we’ve been treated well at breakfast and dinner though we were just 2 of us. But the problem was the maintenance. After soaking in the bath just after 9 pm, I tried to have a shower but no hot water came out. No matter how long I waited, nothing happened, so I tried to ring reception—only to find that the telephone cable had come loose and I couldn’t get...

「The room is clean, spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed self-catering as there is “Shoprite” just 3 min. walk from the hotel. All the staff is welcoming and friendly with warm smiles. We really enjoyed staying there and felt so sad when we departed. We’ll stay longer next time!」

「The property was clean, crisp and secure. The pool was so refreshing after a long day. The breakfast was very good and prepared specifically to our liking and serving time. The room was clean and the AC made sleeping at night very comfortable. The staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. They secured tours for us, provided local directions, and helped with our take-away food delivery orders. We stayed 3 nights but would've been happy to stay 3 weeks.」

「If I could give 6+ stars (instead of max 5) for customer service, I would do so. After my tour organizer (avoid: Afrinature) was a no show for one tour and cancelled game drive only hours before, the staff at Hotel in short order called their trusted partners to ensure I didn't miss out on any experience in Kasane. I am just so grateful as some people might have simply said, "too bad." When I come back, I am staying with Hotel Rustiek and arranging my tours thru them. Thank you!!!!」

「Wir wurden vom gesamten Personal überaus herzlich empfangen und begleitet. Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel, sauber und geräumig, die Betten sehr bequen. Ausflüge für uns wurden perfekt organisiert. Das Einchecken übers Handy ist etwas aufwendig und es wäre wünschenswert, wenn alle auf der Speisekarte angebotenen Speisen Recht konstant da wären.」
