The staff was exceptional in so many ways, directions, sightseeing, travel advice, you name it.
The restaurant was a quiet oasis from the city street noise. Good food in an outdoor setting.

We returned to Nepal after a 30 year absence when my wife and I were volunteers living in Nepal for two years. Much has changed and Thamel is a much more crowded. We picked the Hotel Jay Suites because it seemed to offer quality slightly outside the craziness of Thamel. We were not disappointed. This new hotel was very comfortable and a perfect place to recover and relax after two weeks of trekking. The location is great! It's quite but just a short block from the action of Thamel. The...

The accommodation is located within short walking distances to a lot of cafes and attractions. It is a very lovely place with wonderful in-room facilities and is very clean and homely. The hot shower was fantastic. Above all else, the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay superbly comfortable and enjoyable. Kudos to them.

Amazing atmosphere with lovely staff and good treat after Osho Tapoban.
The staff, especially Sajit who we encountered a lot, was amazing, being very very thoughtful and caring. The location was great close to Thamel & the room was very cute and indeed what we expected!
I really have nothing to complain about regarding Hotel BnB, it was great value for the money!

The hotel felt the most clean of all of the places that we had stayed over the prior month in India and Nepal - this includes the "3 and 4 star" hotels, which often times just look clean on the surface. The owner was one of the most friendly people who we have encountered in Nepal, and helped to make sure that our taxi driver got us there safely, as well as when we left. 5 or 6 block walk from Durbar sqare. Breakfast was great. Internet and power worked. The only downside was that we...

Fantastic! The service at this hotel can not be beat! Everyone is beyond nice and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is excellent. I came in looking tired one day and they rushed to my room with a cup of tea to make me feel better. This hotel is on the edge of the tourist area which is good because it is quieter then other hotels but still very close to the action. They have generator back up so you are never without power and the water in the shower was always hot. They also pick you up and...

Excellent location, Nice staff, Good value of Money and Good facilities in room.
I booked Deluxe single room, garden view which was nice. They don't allow to smoke in the room but you can smoke in balcony. I am chain smoker so i went balcony frequently.
During my stay there was no problem with hot water, Air condition, Internet and TV but they only provide thermos in room so i needed to call room service to refill it.
