「What a fantastic jewel in the desert! I hosted a Monsoon Photography Workshop at the Painted Pony. It had everything we needed and more that we didn't need. Everything is well laid out when it comes to the living, dining, and food preparation areas. Plenty of room inside and outside the facilities. Glen was a pleasure to work with and was able to assist with some minor problems we encountered during the booking process. We will be back! Thank You Glen!」

「Peaceful place. Has everything you need. The bathroom is nice and roomy. Small place that does not feel small. Very clean. Well labeled with information. The remodeling is well done giving a feel of the past but with modern conveniences. Would definitely go back. Next time I will check the lunar calendar when the full moon occurs. It was a beautiful moon, but, nixed the star gazing! Lots of good history on display on the premises. It is an ideal place to stay if going to the Chiricahua...

Johnny Ringo's grave is less than a mile away, check it out. Rob & Sharon are wonderful hosts! Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and history. And great to talk to. Everything was great.
