"La chambre n'était pas propre, le tapis dans la salle de bain était sale. L'accueil, personne ne nous a prêté attention (le portable est plus important apparemment). On sonne le soir alors que nous étions en pyjama pour nous dire qu'il manquait une information sur le formulaire.
