"Lovely Restaurant, Disappointing Housekeeping & Reception Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The restaurant staff were very kind and polite, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere during meals. However, the reception experience and housekeeping were disappointing. When we checked in, the receptionist was initially friendly, but when I asked her some questions, her attitude became a bit intimidating and unhelpful, which made me uncomfortable. We stayed 4 nights. On one of the days, our room was not cleaned until 17:30, and we had to wait 30 minutes in the hallway. On another day, the towels were not replaced and no vacuuming was done. We informed the staff, but the manager didn’t seem to take the issue seriously. The manager didn’t seem to take the issue seriously. I expected more consistent service and better hospitality, especially from the front desk. The hotel itself is very cute and well-presented, and it could have become one of my favorite hotels — but unfortunately, it didn’t."

"バースの街中にある，新しめの便利なホテル。そんなに高くない。街中を歩くのにもちょうどよい。車は駅近くのSouthgate Car Parkにとめる。車のナンバーを控えておき，フロントにあるタブレットにナンバーを入力すると駐車場と連携して割引が適用される仕組みになっている。ナンバー忘れないで！駐車場からホテルまでは歩いて10分弱。帰るときに駐車場の入り口がわかんなくなると思うので，写真にでも取っておくと探し回らないで済むでしょう。"

"とても良いホテルでした。 私の病気のため、スタッフにはお世話になりましたが、気持ちよく対応していただけました。 お部屋もきれいでとても満足でしたし、 海外では初めて冷蔵庫の飲み物がフリーなど、 サービスに気を使っているのを感じました。 値段もロンドンの半額のイメージですね。 そして日本人スタッフのさゆりさんにはとても感謝しています。 日本語で対応して頂いただけではなく、ホテルスタッフとして行き届いたサービスでした。 病気で不安な中、親切に対応してもらえて本当に救われました。 どうもありがとうございました。 バースに行かれる方にはおすすめのホテルです！"
