Conveniently located in one of Chincoteague's most popular residential communities, you're only minutes from the beach and attractions - shopping, mini golf, restaurants and more! This ranch-style home features 4 bedrooms, and all your main living areas, on one level. Enjoy relaxing moments on the waterside screened porch or private deck overlooking the marsh and Assateague Channel. And you can crab/fish, kayak or dock your boat from the deep-water pier (with ladder and floating dock). It doesn't get much better than this!
