This beautifully updated unit offers spectacular views of the Assateague Channel, salt marshes, lighthouse, and the famous Chincoteague ponies. Large, spacious balconies provide a birdwatcher’s paradise and the perfect place to enjoy breathtaking sunrises.
The shared pier is ideal for crabbing and for launching kayaks and canoes—and the property includes two single kayaks for guest use. A Blackstone grill adds even more convenience for outdoor cooking and waterfront dining.
Main Floor:
The fully stocked kitchen features an impressive coffee bar, access to the rear deck, and a convenient half bath. The dining area and inviting living room open to the waterfront balcony, where you can take in panoramic views of Assateague.
Upper Level:
The waterfront king bedroom offers expansive views of Assateague Island and unforgettable sunrises from the private balcony. The rear bedroom includes two queen beds. Both bedrooms feature private full bathrooms with tub/shower combos.
An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water provides the perfect place to rinse off after a day at the beach.
