Well it would’ve been nice to been contacted back, to see, if I left an item in the room I stayed in, when I phoned them to see if I left it there!! I didn’t get any contact back from them.!! My party of 12 will be going elsewhere this Christmas.

The staff were very friendly. Great choices for breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. Within walking distance of bus stops and the tram/train stations. Would definitely recommend and use this hotel again.
