"Lovely heritage hotel in Georgetown. It’s about 10 mins walk from the Armenian street area and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms are a decent size and amenities. It doesn’t have a lift, so beware if you have access issues. Breakfast is fine. Staff are super friendly and lovely. Other reviews mentioned the noise, we had rooms overlooking the pool on the 1st floor (not ground) and these were quiet enough. Other people mentioned the lack of pavements but I think this is Georgetown as a whole. "

"Beautiful room, so spacious and well furnished! It was great for lounging in during the hottest part of the day, with ample space to relax and read. The four-poster bed was a special touch. Staff are incredibly friendly and the garden, though small, is pretty too. It is located within 5-10 mins walking distance to the main area, and round the corner from The Blue Mansion (which is well worth a visit). We will definitely be returning. Two things to be aware of: they don’t have breakfast onsite, but it encouraged us to get out early and try local places; and there is a small amount of noise coming from a karaoke bar. Personally, the noise didn’t bother us and was really muffled. The bed is so comfy that we slept well regardless!"

"Spotless room' great view. Staff were really kind and helpful. Pools were great, our 11 year old really enjoyed the slides. Food was delicious, and breakfast was mind-blowing, such a selection. Overall we were really pleased with our visit and would definitely stay again. "

"We stayed for three nights and appreciated the services throughout our stay. The hotel is surrounded by food vendors of different varieties and price ranges. Great open view from the room (on the 15th floor). Easily to get Grab for transportation. Walking distance to attractions in George Town."
