Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Front Desk Team!
My stay at Rauza Hotel was wonderful, largely thanks to the exceptional reception staff. They are incredibly well-trained and truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Their professional attitude, paired with genuine politeness and clear communication, made a lasting impression.
I especially want to extend a warm thank you to Shohjahon and Salohiddin at the front office desk, their outstanding service and attentiveness directly convinced me to prolong my stay and book an extra night. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tashkent!
