We were able to get am hour extra for checking out. Instead of 11am, did 12pm so the kids could get some time at the pool. Wifi works great. Staff are friendly and breakfast has good options. Rooms are well maintained

This BW was not bad. The breakfast was good, the room was good and the surrounding area was good. We were assigned a room for disabled people. We thought, why give us this room, what if someone shows up that needs these types of room. The room wasn’t the best of the best, but it was decent. I wonder if when you book through Expedia and not directly through the hotel, the staff give you the rooms that are sub-standard. It was a good stay though, cross to the US border, and also close to a a grocery store and lots of restaurants, including a White Spot. I would stay here again.

Our lightbulb was strobing the entire stay - 4 nights. We let staff know twice & nothing was done. When the sink stopped draining, that was fixed right away. The hot continental breakfast was a major perk!

Always stay here when visiting family in Abbotsford, excellent service and breakfast included was great, next to white spot our go to for dinner or lunch and across from Tim Hortons for morning coffee.
