"I only stayed for one night out of the 6 that I booked. I just couldn’t stay there due to the condition of the place. The place was not clean, the inside of the fridge was dirty, the bed linen did not smell or look clean and the unit did not have many of things they had listed as being included with the rental. It is located in a safe area close to many restaurants. "

"When we arrived we stayed on one suite that was so dirty, used. It wasn’t pleasant. But I am grateful that it’s easy to connect to your CSR. He moved us to Suite 303 where everything is clean, nice and very organized. Only one thing they forgot to clean, just the microwave but all in all we enjoyed our stay in Suite 303. Thank you for accomodating us! "

"Rooms are spacious and had everything we needed. The loft room had a door to the roof top patio which was very convenient and provided even more space. This unit wasn't directly facing the lake so lake view was limited but the rooftop patio made up for that. Host was wonderful and responsive. "

"We like the unit. It was big enough for our family. Really liked the location and also the quick response from staff. Just one thing though, the ac is not centralized so the bedrooms were a bit hot. You need to open the bedroom doors for the cool air to circulate. We managed and had a good time. We’ll be back."
