"I liked that they have a pool. I didn’t like that the pool was closed down. I rented that room so my grandchildren could go swimming. They were all ready to swim and disappointment on their faces almost made me cry. They should have their advertising state that the pool is closed. I paid good money to swim and sleep and to have this happen, a real disappointment!!"

"There was nothing unique about that place except it was smelly, dirty, unkept, and your staff, what a joke. I would never in this lifetime recommend your services for what you advertise on your website is nothing but a lie. Then not to refund for the place having a cockroach problem, hole in the tub, uncleaned rooms, and sub -par service. (The staff) and really you asked me to change the rating? After everything you have already done to myself and my workers. Customers beware"

"From what I found, this is the only hotel in Marshfield with both a pool and hot tub. The heated outdoor pool and hot tubs were awesome, although the bubbles didn't seem to work. There was also a sauna, but we did not use it. The terrace also included a sitting area with a stone fire. While we would have preferred it be open even later, the pool was at least open until 10. The bar closed at 10, too, unfortunately. Room was nearly spotless and everything worked. Bed was comfortable. Staff was...
