「El servicio por parte del personal es excelente. Bien ubicado a unos 3min de la terminal de buses. El desayuno muy bueno, flexible con la opción de tomarlo en el hotel o prepárate un almuerzo para llevar a tu excursión a Torres del Paine. La calefacción es buena y la decoración aún mejor. 」

「Hostel El Refugio had all the comforts of home including a warm hearty breakfast every morning, comfortable beds with fresh linens in a private room, and private bathrooms. My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit. 」
