Es un lugar diferente, definitivamente las aguas termales son el atractivo del lugar. Es un lugar para estar todo el día en la energía de las aguas. la experiencia del vapor térmico es muy buena, aunque tiene un costo extra. La comida, bien, sabor a provincia. El lugar tiene zonas de acceso público o sea de entrada por salida y me imagino que en temporada alta o en fines de semana no debe ser tan tranquilo. Excelente lugar no solo para descansar sino para cargar energía. La alberca para huéspedes tambien muy bien, aunque insisto , en días con gran. afluencia me imagino que queda pequeña.

A little weekend escape
The scenic location makes the hotel perfect for a romantic getaway. Due to safety regulations from covid, the large thermal baths are temporarily closed to public use. But each room has its own private thermal tub. If you want to relax even more, check out the services from the spa. In the dining room, meals were served buffet style. Por el precio deberían dar café habitación 2 focos no servia faltaba tapa. colchón estaba manchado muy caro para el servicio que dan en algunas áreas del hotel con latas y papeles tienen una barranca hermosa no le dan mantenimiento ni riegan

Las instalaciones estan muy bonitos y las aguas termales ni se diga. Regresare de vuelta cuando pueda. Dos dias enteros es mas que suficiente en una Junior Suite.

La recepcionista nos trato pésimamente mal. Le llamamos para decirle que no teníamos agua caliente y dijo esas habitaciones no tienen agua caliente, la puerta del baño se caía no se podía cerrar y la tina llena de mocos. La ventilación solo dos cuadritos de la ventana se podían abrir de 10x10. Por lo cual nos bañamos con agua fría, la tina no la lavaron la lavamos nosotros y la recepcionista se olvidó que nosotros éramos huéspedes no parte de su familia y nos trato súper mal. Suponemos así trata a su familia por que le salió súper bien. La habitación nos la entregaron a las 15:50 por que no la tenían disponible ósea tuvimos que comer y esperar una hora. Sin compensarnos el tiempo. La alberca de huéspedes no la limpiaron hoy llena de botellas y vasos de los que ayer consumieron bebidas en ares de albercas. La verdad el hotel muy sucio. Desde ayer llegamos y estaba una paleta de tamarindo tirada y hoy al salir seguía en ese lugar. Para estacionarnos no teníamos donde por qué la capacidad del hotel creemos sobrepasó su límite.
