"Location was very good, and easy to access the main areas of town and the min metro stations. Property was in good condition and the staff were very helpful. The only challenge was as a 190+cm (6’3) man, the washrooms and toilets were cramped. But overall, good stay and was certainly worth the value. "

"Nearly a hidden location on a small street in Perugia. Hard to unload luggage if your car is full size, but worth it. Had to park in the huge inside the hill garage. Lovely rooms. Breakfast room has painted ceilings from the 12th century. It’s near everything! Well priced too. "

"This property is more of a basic guesthouse than a full hotel. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but the “breakfast included” was very limited. For the price we paid (around 120 CAD), I don’t feel the value was there, and you can find better options at this price point."

"Superb host! Giuseppe great communicator, speaks excellent English, went above and beyond driving us through town to help orient us (highlights, public transportation). He checked on us regularly, responded promptly to questions. Apartment has nice features which he updates. He recommends “gold club” businesses with proven quality and provide guest discounts. Law doesn’t allow him to provide toiletries, laundry soap so come prepared. "
