Our room’s AC was not working, nor the WiFi. The staff was very kind and accommodating and helpful, they were great! The area was also loud and filled with young people taking over the streets which was a bit overwhelming so we left (at no fault to the hotel staff.)

What a stunning hotel! Right in the middle of Perugia old town, it’s close to all the sights. Hotel staff went above and beyond (advising on day trips, activities, restaurants). Truly a wonderful stay!

Two nights in Perugia

In the perfect location, and obviously recently renovated, as everything is in excellent condition. The room was a little bit on the small side, but not excessively so, and was fine for a short stay. Breakfast was above average, and with lots of choices.

Fabulous Hotel!

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. The hotel is in a very central location. We arrived fairly late at night and received a very warm welcome. The room was really clean, spacious and comfy. If you need a hotel in Perugia then I'd highly recommend The Secret Garden.

Fabulous & Beautiful Hotel in a great location. Kind & helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Our room was very hot for us with only a comforter (no sheet) so our sleep was not so good.

This was a beautiful little hotel with thoughtful design and just great styling. The room was spacious with a well appointed and designed bathroom. I really liked the repurposed furniture and the colour styling. Obviously there has been thought in the overall look of the place which I really enjoyed. The terrace was gorgeous and lovely for breakfast. Well worth a stay.

The hotel was AMAZING. The staff were kind and helpful and the location is perfect! The breakfast was delicious and they also have the rooftop restaurant that also had the best food. We originally planned to stay one day in Perugia and spend one day in Assisi but the town of Perugia was so beautiful and literally in front of the hotel, we decided to stay both days in Perugia. 100000/10 recommend. We wish we would’ve stayed longer in the area and in this hotel.

This hotel was exceptional the staff was uniformly friendly and eager to help when help was needed regarding other travel arrangements and the like. The bed room was beautiful. Great location, very comfortable room, many breakfast options, really appreciated having a view. My only complaint is that our internet service was very slow. I guessing it is because we were one of the furthest rooms from the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel and if you are lucky enough to stay there, I recommend the Osteria a Priori for dinner. It is across from the hotel and the food is delicious.

What a find! Wow! The property is beautiful in the old town of Perugia. Rooms are huge! Beds so comfortable. The people are great. I love this hotel! I have traveled all over the world. I have spent 4 weeks in Perugia in the past year. I'm so happy I found this hotel. This is a remodel done perfectly!

Lovely hotel with super friendly staff. We hung out at their roof top area during the day, which was great for the sunshine and a place to relax. We stayed here one night and came back to the city on our last day of our holiday and they graciously allowed us to leave our bags here whilst we explore the city on our last day, even though we weren't staying at the hotel that night. We really appreciated this. We would suggest that they change the bar fridge in the room to something quieter or put it in a cupboard as it was too loud at night and we ended up switching it off. Music at breakfast would also be good and a little more attention to people staying at the hotel during breakfast would've been better - it was a little awkward.

A beautiful historic hotel with a wonderful breakfast, elegant lobby and helpful staff right in the town center. Short walk to the escalators and mini metro to go to the train stations for daily excursions. Perfect!
