This is the perfect park model cottage with a laid back atmosphere. Ready for your enjoyment of fishing, scalloping, snorkeling and just having fun with the whole family. Enjoy the front porch sitting or grilling in the side yard of this quiet neighborhood with boat parking.
The cottage is less than 2 miles from Roy's Restaurant, Sea Hag Marina, the public boat ramp, Fiddler's Restaurant and Crabby Dads.

Very nicely kept and more convenient for boating than expected. Only a few minutes from a convenient store, gas station and the boat ramp. The nice long hose that was provided made it especially easy to give the boat a quick rinse. We will definitely book this again.

Great Stay for Scalloping Weekend

This property was the perfect spot for our little party of 3 for a weekend of scalloping. The access instructions were clear, the accomodations were comfy and cozy, and the location was convenient to everything we needed! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again in the future.

Comfy Quiet Stay While Scalloping

We stayed here for our annual scalloping trip to Steinhatchee. The house is located in a good neighborhood, nice to see that they maybe cleaning up the one junky lot on the street. The street was quiet and no loud party house nearby. Quick 5min drive to ramp, marina and restaurants. House is very well stocked with linens/towelse. Our small family was very comfortable.

Weekend getaway

We absolutely loved the house it was very clean and quiet. Although we did have issue with ants and the recliner in the living room was broken. We still give 5 stars and will definitely be back to stay, hopefully we can just stay longer next time. Thank you so much.

Awesome place!!!!

This was our first year staying in Steinhatchee for scallop season. I took my wife and 2 daughters who are both under 2. Check in process was very easy and convenient. Inside was very welcoming, lots on parking space. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Family scalloping

The house or garbage dump on the corner of the road needs to go. It is an eye sore. The city or county needs to do something about that.

Great place for scalloping!

This was was second year in a row for us at this place to do scalloping! Nice, quiet place little away from all the noises of the marina and bars. Room for parking for a small or larger boat.

The cottage was a great place, plenty of room just one problem. The toilet in master bath was slow at flushing when first arrived.by the next day it would flush and clogged up. There was not a plunger in cottage at all. The neighborhood was trashy needed to be cleaned up. Over all the cottage was great and quite.

Just Right

The property was perfect for our group, which included two couples. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the location not too close, but not too far from boat ramp, it was just right for our trip. The property was clean and the decor was perfect for relaxing when not on the water. Definitely would recommend to others. Also, the owner was very prompt in communication and the check-in and out process was not complicated.

Adorable little cottage

We stay in the Hatch often and love finding new places to stay around the town. This cottage is adorable! Clean and cozy with everything you need. The neighborhood could use a makeover but no complaints about the cottage.
