"My daughter and I stayed for one night. This property was just what we needed for a quick trip to tour Chico State. Everything was easy, studio was pretty and clean, bed was comfy. "Such a beautiful location. It’s at the end of the street, up against the mountains. The fog coming off the mountains in the morning was beautiful. This is a large property with lots of other units but the space was private, parking was easy and lots of access to amenities. Loved our stay!"
