The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and the room was clean, in great condition. I didn’t like that you can hear other people talking in the next room and people walking above you. Especially so late at night but I’d stay here again.

One nighter
We were there for the funeral of my oldest step son. We don’t believe in Halloween but once we walked in, there was all kinds of decorations on the first floor. If I could have canceled and received a refund I would have. Either way it was a one night stay so we dealt with it. I did not turn it in but the only issue I had was dirty mirrors that had a film on them. So I just grabbed a hand towel and cleaned the mirrors myself. Other than that Minor thing, we slept comfortably. The room was great though.

I am sorry Gregory that the hold on your debit card was held longer then 2 days. It is important to remember if you are using a Debit Card for an incidental hold, the banks tend to not release it as fast as a Credit Card does. I do encourage you to not use a Debit Card for an incidental hold in the future.

Baby’s first stay away from home
We came in from a four hour trip for a family funeral at a nearby town. The Sunday desk person was truly one of the friendliest I’ve dealt with. The ladies setting up breakfast on Monday were also very friendly, as well. All mentioned represented your company very professionally. We had a newborn with us and the accommodations were perfect for all needs we experienced during our stay.

Nice area, clean and updated rooms. The only thing I wasn't too happy with was the breakfast was so so. We stayed 3 nights and the gravy first morning was cold and coffee was warm in containers. The sausage was terrible. One thing that as a hotel have coffee available round the clock.

I am sorry you had that experience. With Oklahoma being over 100 degrees in the summertime we do not have many guests really wanting coffee round the clock. But we do provide in room coffee available at any time you would like.

I had a flight test at the local airport and needed to be able to print out a flight log. I stayed here because you had two PCs and a printer. One PC was inoperable and the other the keyboard was inoperable. I removed the keyboard from the inop PC and plugged it into the other PC and I'm good. However when I went to print the only "printer" was microsoft onenote. Printer was turned on. When to go into Printer settings this PC had no settings available. The person at the desk was helpful but could only give me a 1 800 number to call for PC assistance. I've got to return to Chickasha this next week and I'll be staying at a hotel that has a "business center" that has PCs and a printer that is operational.

We checked in to the hotel for a baseball tournament. Got back to the room at 11:00 on to find that one of the beds in the room had complete dirty bedding on it. We ended only able to use 1 bed. Husband went to shower and found a used bar of soap in shower. Told front desk and they offered nothing. Just asked for room number 😳 No sorry or compensation for only able to use 1 bed. Will not ever stay at that particular hotel again.

Everything was good for the exception of having to check out two days earlier and could not cancel those days. This was the worst place with the front desk to try and help you and the situation of having to check out early. I have stayed at other Fairfield’s and they always are kind and help you. I couldn’t even get a receipt. Telling I had to ER it from Expedia. I will never stay there again and advice my co-workers not to stay there.

Can I give 11 ⭐️?
Words cannot adequately describe the level of service we received at this hotel. We went to Chicksha for a class reunion and from the moment we arrived, the red carpet was rolled out. The lobby was fully decorated for the reunion, every need was taken care of, and the staff treated us like royalty. The rooms were beautiful, and in pristine condition. A HUGE thank you to Amy and her staff for making our stay absolutely perfect.

The hotel is fine. A few minor details inconvenienced me. I had two TVs in my room, and one didn't work right. The streaming channels didn't work. I called the front desk, and he said to unplug it and plug it back in after 5 minutes. Like, I don't even have words for that. This isn't my house; it's your hotel. Send someone up to fix it, but whatever. Like I said inconvenienced, I watched the other TV, but it would've been nice to sit on the couch. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are attached to the wall, which is fine, but the body wash was empty.

We clean our rooms thoroughly, and have a headhouse keepers check everything before releasing the rooms. Can we miss something, yes of course. But a dirty thong? My biggest question is why it was not reported immediately when discovered, and why only at check out. We immediately went up and looked in the room for the thong and did not find anything in the room or trash. I do appreciate honest feedback, and am truly sorry if this was the case.
